Couldn't resist the deal!!

In the event you didn't know....I LOVE Copic Markers!  They do get a little pricey tho.  I came across some at Joann's online store tho....and you get to use a coupon!  I also LOVE to use coupons!

Joann's was selling the 36 Copic Marker set and I had a 50% off coupon for them!  I did, however, buy duplicate colors....so if any of you out there need Copic Markers...all of my duplicate colors are for sale for $4 a piece plus postage.  I have not priced postage yet...but if you are interested, I will price the postage then email you back with the price before the final sale.

These markers have never been used or opened to the air.

Just leave a comment if you are interested with contact information and I will get back to you!

Have a Great day and thanks for stopping by!

Wow! It's been a long time!

The time has flown by since my last post....an I'm sorry!  Taking care of a large house, 2 kids, a dog and a full time job sucks up a lot of time!

I have been busy in the Craft Closet tho!  I completely reorganized my whole crafting world!  It was no mean feat, let me tell you!  My "Closet" had become a black hole, sucking in things where they couldn't be found, that is unless I went in search of something else!

Here's a few photos of the reorg!

These are my beloved Color Cubies!  My Brother and SIL created them!  He is a master craftsman and she is..well...the most creative person I know!

You can find them here!

Here is the 2nd part of my reorg!  Joann Fabric and I have a wonderful relationship!

Well that pretty much does it for this post!  As you can see, I now have no excuse for not posting my creations!

See you next time and Thanks for stopping by!

Valentines - No stamping required!

With Valentines Day right around the corner, I decided to play around with a few ideas!  Here is a card I made using some K&Company paper (just one of my favorite paper companies!)

The K&Company paper stack had a page of these incredible cute already made valentine toppers.

I matted some SU Chocolate Chip cardstock under after running it thru the Cuttle Bug first.  Then another layer of K&Company paper.  The card is made using the PaperTrey Kraft cardstock.  To finish it off I used a Martha Stewart border punch!  The whole card took maybe 5 minutes!

Cards, Cards, Cards

It's been a while and I've already broken my New Years resolution to post at least once a week!  It's been a busy busy time and I haven't been able to get into my craft closet!  Last weekend I decided to just lock myself in!  My little girls helped by doing some much needed house work!  They have been such awesome troupers since my husband took a job in CA.

Another one of my New Years resolutions is to send a birthday card to all of my relatives.  I come from a large family, so this is a great big challenge, but I'm determined!

Here are a few I've done so far:

This one was created using the Classic Convertable stamp set from Stampin Up.  This is an old set but I needed a man card and men love cars.

Materials used:

Deja View's paper punch out - "Indulge Yourself" die cut

This little guy is so versitile.  He can be used for either Male or Female cards.

Swirl - Inkadinkado 7 Clear Stamps
Copic markers
Card stock - Stampin Up
Designer paper - Stampin Up

I will post more Valentines I made a little later...right now, off to more adventuring!

Won't you be my Valentine?

The Christmas holiday is over and what a wonderful time we had with family and friends!  I wanted to keep ahead of the up coming Valentine's day events, so I decided to start my valentines!  I came across this idea when I went on a retreat last year with my SIL.  One of her dear friends was turning 50 and decided to host a retreat weekend down in Farmington.  One of the projects we decided to do was a shoebox exchange.  One of the ladies came equipt with this adorable little bag and taught us how to make it!  I wish I could remember her name, but as you look at it, maybe you can help me out!

Materials Used:

SU card stock: Pretty in Pink
SU paper punch
SU designer paper: Bella Rose
Spellbinders - Labels Eight
Cuttle Bug: Floral Fantasy embossing folder
Cricut - George and Basic Shapes
Clothes pin - Dollar store
Bag - Treat sacks

A handmade Christmas!

With things a little tight this year, a handmade Christmas was just the trick!  I needed something cute for all the teachers and kid care ladies!

Here are a few of the things I came up with!

This is an "Elf Boot."  I googled "elf boot template" and found it right here Valitas Fresh Folds blog.  The template fits on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.  There's an easy step by step instruction sheet to go with it.

This is a ceramic tile that we had left over from a tile project! I used my Cricut (woodlands cartridge) and Spellbinders for this one.

I hope you enjoy and Thanks for stopping by!

Off to a new adventure!

Tammy's Craft Closet is open for blogging!  I've visited many other crafters' blogs and love what I see!  I said to myself one day..."Self...you can do that!"  So here I am.  I hope you enjoy this as much as I'm going to have fun sharing my projects.  On here you will see many things.

My SIL Tami got me hooked!  Don't forget to visit her blog as well!
